Refund/ Retum Policy

We believe in the quality and style of every item we offer at Katha Jewels. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to make things easy and clear for you.

RETURN WINDOW
You may return any eligible items within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of use

  • Original tags attached and packaging included

  • In the same condition as when you received them

  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings and any other pierced jewelry

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Products that have been customized or altered

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Start your return online by visiting the “Orders” section of your account, or contact us at CustomerSupport@kathajewels.com to receive a Return Authorization.

  2. We will email you a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.

  3. Securely pack the item, attach the label, and drop it off with the designated carrier.

SHIPPING FEES FOR RETURNS
If the return is initiated by the consumer (e.g., for reasons such as a change of mind), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the shipping carrier you choose.
If the return is due to our error—such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—we will cover the return shipping cost.

REFUND TIMELINE & METHOD
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or a defective product.

EXCHANGES
We currently offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please follow the same steps outlined above for returns and specify your exchange preference in your return request. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund or provide store credit.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing CustomerSupport@kathajewels.com with photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return and ship the correct item to you as soon as possible or issue a full refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers returning items from outside our main shipping zones may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes. Please contact our customer care team before sending your return so we can assist you.
