SHIPPING REGIONS
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. You can view the specific options available for your region during checkout.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & TIMELINES
Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Below are our estimated shipping times for major regions:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Express Shipping: 4–8 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to customs processing.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status in real time on the carrier’s website. If you do not see tracking updates within 3–5 business days after shipping confirmation, please let us know.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We are unable to estimate these fees in advance, as they vary by country.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at CustomerSupport@kathajewels.com. — we can only make changes before your order ships.

DELAYS & MISSING PACKAGES
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, or if your package appears lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g., no one is available to receive the package, or the address is incorrect), the carrier will typically leave a notice with further instructions. Packages that are not claimed within the carrier’s holding period may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment (additional fees may apply) or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
